The PBH Outreach Unit consists of Clinically Licensed Counselors and Community Liaisons. Both groups focus on ensuring consumers get the right level of care, at the right time, without experiencing any system
barriers.
About UM
The LME is responsible for timely response to the needs of consumers and for quick linkages to qualified providers of the network. To ensure the simplicity of the system requested by our consumers and stakeholders, the LME will maintain a 1-800 call system to receive all inquiries.

About Access
The Access Department is a critical function of PBH. Access maintains a toll-free 800 number, called the “Access Line” and a 704 number called the "Referral line". The Access & Referral lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for telephonic assessments, crisis intervention, and authorization requests for people seeking assistance with mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability issues.
