The Quality Management Department completes initial on-site review assessment to ensure the service delivery locations meet the required guidelines for safety and quality services including confidentiality practices for record keeping. During the on-site review, a standardized review checklist is utilized for the provider and practitioner. The requirements for providers and practitioners may differ due to any applicable facility licenses; therefore, the on-site review assessments allow for these differences.
